HOW DO I RECEIVE PROMOTION CODE?

Promotion Policies
1) Each promotion has a set period of validity, we cannot honor coupons outside this period

2) promotions are only valid on product purchases totaling $50 or more

3) promotions cannot be exchanged for cash value

4) promotions acceptance and values are to be determined and made public on each promotional email or banner

Note: limited sales items cannot be combined with any promotion! That means the amount of limited sales products cannot be added to the order amount to meet the promotion using requirement.

WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE FOR THIS ITEM?

For most orders, please allow 4-9 business days for delivery from the time you received the confirmation email. Some areas can take up to 14 days for delivery.

Orders must be submitted before 12:00pm. Please allow 24-48 hours for delivery from the time you received the confirmation email. (Does not include Weekends)

I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN MY ORDER, HOW DO I DO THAT?

Our products can be returned within 15 days of the original purchase of the product.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 15 days from Rolyats.com
  • Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The product is in its original packaging (If Applicable)
  • The product isn’t used or damaged
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase
  • You obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

To obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), contact us by email at: Contact@Rolyats.com

Send the product with its original packing and the receipt or proof of purchase and the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the box, to the address provided in the email with your return authorization.

HOW DO I TRACK, CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Generally, you should receive all information regarding the order via email, including the invoice and tracking information via email in 3-5 business days. If you do not see it also check the spam/ junk folders of your inbox. To change or cancel an order that has already been processed please contact our Customer Service department for assistance by email at: Contact@rolyats.com

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.
